3dsmax Mental Ray error

Tengo un error con el Mental Ray solamente al cargar el motor, seleccionar el material, pero al asignarle una texutra en Diffuse por ejemplo algunos shader no cargan y me sale este mensaje_.

Con el 3ds Max 2012 por lo menos no se cuelga el programa y con el 2011 se cierra simplemente.

Uso Windows 7 x 64.

Los programas están con todas las actualizaciones.

No entiendo que está mal. Gracias por la ayuda.
