From Max, Export your file to *.3ds. Go to File> Export. Save desired file name and location. Open AutoCAD or 3D model file. In the command line, key in 3DSIN and select the previously exported *.3ds file. A 3D Studio File Import Option dialog will open, search for the camera in the Available Objects área. Once you have chosen your camera, press AD. Press OK.
Of course you ned to make that view current. Command V for Views Manager and look for the camera name you recently imported and make it current.
By right, your camera location in MAX should be imported in your AutoCAD 3D model given the fact both models have the same coordinates.
