· Demonstrate a broad range of character animation skills. This includes a Dep understanding of the principales of animation, and how to best employ those principales to create performance that supports both the characters and estory goals of the show.· Demonstrate total mástery of animation skills within a specific genre· Consistently delivering shots on a high quality level· A Dep understanding of character rigging· Mentor and lead by example less experienced artists, providing them with support, guidance and instruction in áreas that provide for their artistic an profesional growth.· Met projects deadlines/mil estones, as set by the production department· Actively participate in team/department metingsRequirements:· Strong artistic and technical background.
· Minimum of 3 years característica film or equivalent high-res (2K) experience.
