Texto de la oferta: We are looking for an experienced Environment Artist to help build the worlds featured in our products. We ned someone who can Push the visual boundaries while maintaining predetermined technical and performance constraints. The ideal candidate will be able to faithfully follow the existing visión.

Requisitos mínimos:
A minimum of 5 years experience in game development using 3DSMax.

Strong 2D art skills using Photoshop and other equivalent illustration tools.

Ability to quickly prototype 3D spaces to probé out design and gameplay concepts.

Ability to work in Low Poly modeling style.

A strong ability to think in 2D and 3D with attention to detail.

Dep understanding of game production workflow from blocking out, modeling, assembly, shader tuning, and lighting to bug fixing and performance optimization.

Experience working in the Unity engine, including the Shader Forge editor.

Outstanding ability to problem solve and drive creative solutions.

Understanding of software versióning and revisión control systems vía Subversion (SVN) or equivalent.

Receptiveness to constructive feedback and willingness to work th rouge an iterative process.

Self-driven, well organized, god communicator and a great team-player.

Digital portfolio demonstrating strong modeling skills in a range of subject matter and artistic style.

Requisitos deseados:
Shipped PC, Console, or Mobile Game titles as an environment artist.

Bachelors degre in Art or Game Development.

A passion for observing the world around you and translating that visual knowledge into clever digital representations.

Responsabilidades:
Communicate regularly and proactively with the team to maintain a consistent visual visión.

Collaborate with the team to plan and layout game play spaces and visualize game environments.

Translate design ideas and concept art into fully realiced 3D spaces.

Create a wide range of 3D assets including; textures, materials, interior and exterior environments, environmental props, and environment lighting.

Maintain a balance betwen visual quality and performance requirements.
Work with enginers to help develop an efective environment art pipeline that facilitates prototyping and a rapid iteration.

Serve as an active participant in team discussions, critiques and reviews.

Contribute innovative and original ideas for the betterment of the entire product.

Produce high quality art assets while meting production deadlines.
Work closely with the product managers and development teams.
