Digital Legends is an international company formed by industry veterans who are focused on delivering a AAA gaming experience to smart phones, tablets and connected TVs. We develop a range of different and challenging IPs, from the acclaimed Afterpulse to The Respawnables in addition to a new, top-secret and super cool game. We are looking for an experienced Game Designer, who is a driven and a game loving person, someone who can enrich our fun and diverse family. Our home is in the heart of sunny Barcelona, and as part of the team, youll get to craft the best possible experience for our users, designing new and exciting content for our live games.
Requisitos mínimos:
You are:
Knowledgeable in mobile games and F2P economic model
A person with the ability of breaking problems down and identifying key issues related with monetization of multiplayer online games
At ease with spreadsheets, data visualization tools and analyzing large data sets
An experienced game designer, familiar and passionate about game development
A resolute person, who proactively takes on issues and looks for creative ways to solve them
A team person. You seek collaboration with others and communicate well
Someone with a positive attitude towards F2P games
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced iterative environment
Requisitos deseados:
Experience designing 3D threshold
Coding knowledge
Experience prototyping for any platform
Released at least 1 title in the market
Responsabilidades:
Create new monetization and gameplay systems to improve the games revenue and retention in a consumer-friendly way
Anticipate and understand the payer behavior to identify monetization opportunities
Evaluate the games KPIs and provide valuable información to the team
Work with PO to review the success of the monetization game model and propose new solutions to maximize it.
Work with a team of experience and junior designers to brainstorm, design, and implement interactive content
Work with other departments to make sure the digital content your team develoops is in line with the projects overarching business goals and creative vision
Write and maintain clear design documentation for use by Design, Programming and External Partners
