We are looking for an enthusiastic user-experience designer to become part of our tech force in one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in Europe.
As a UX Designer you will work with a team of developers, QA enginers, and DevOps in close collaboration with the Product Owner and as honourable member of the UX Tribe.
Were looking for a passionate profesional who cares about people and their experiences with technology, capable of telling god and bad jokes, and proactively enough to take ownership of the process and make products Excel.
Responsabilidades:
Main responsibilities
Know our users, understand what best experiences we can ofer them
Define and develop a design strategy for the proposed solutions considering the impact on the business
Design storyboards, sketches, prototypes and hi-fi designs to efectively communicate the solution for diferent purposes like user testing, Gathering SMe feedback, development specifications, etc.
Identify and define the metrics that will help to validate the usability of the solution
Collect and analyse user performance insights by doing usability tests and monitoring metrics
Take ownership of the product by collaborating with the team and proposing improvements.
